How does Timely Send work?
You add your important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones).
We remember them and mail real greeting cards on your behalf — automatically.
You choose how many dates you want covered for the year (1, 3, 6, 12, or 20).
No subscription. No recurring billing.
What’s included in each package?
Every package includes:

Automated reminders

A real mailed greeting card for each saved date

Address handling, printing, and postage included

Optional upgrades (premium cards, gift cards, gift boxes)
The only difference between packages is how many dates you can add.
How long do I have to use my dates?
Each package is valid for 12 months from the day you purchase it.
Unused dates don’t roll over.
Do you send physical cards?
Yes. Every event gets a real greeting card mailed directly to the recipient.
When do you send cards?
We prepare and mail cards 5–7 days before the event to help ensure on-time delivery.
Will I get reminders?
Yes — you’ll receive reminders before each event and updates when we mail each card.
Can I add more dates later?
Yes. You can buy another package anytime if you need more date slots.
Can I upgrade an individual event?
Yes. For each event you can choose:

Can I edit or delete a date after adding it?
Yes. You can update:

Addresses

Event dates

Upgrade choices
…as long as we haven’t started preparing the card.
What if someone has multiple events per year?
You can add as many events as you want for the same person.
Each event simply uses one of your date slots.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Personal data, addresses, and event details are encrypted and never shared or sold.
