Timely Send Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Timely Send. Because we provide a subscription service that includes scheduled reminders, automated card sending, and physical mailings prepared in advance, our refund rules differ slightly from a traditional retail store.
Subscription Refunds
Timely Send subscriptions (Essential, Premium, Deluxe) areΒ non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, because:

Cards and reminders may already be scheduled or prepared

Work is performed ahead of each event date

Subscription access and benefits are delivered immediately
However, you may cancel any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds for Physical Items
Since greeting cards and upgraded items are personalized and prepared specifically for your selected recipients, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Mailed greeting cards

Handwritten notes

Gift upgrades (gift card, gift box)

Seasonal or curated card selections
If an item arrives damaged or is not delivered due to a service error, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for items that fail to arrive due to:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Recipients who move without forwarding addresses

USPS delays outside our control
