Timely Send sends greeting cards, reminders, gift upgrades, and related items based on the event dates you provide in your account.

Processing & Mailing Timeline

  • Cards are prepared and mailed several days before each event to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Shipping is handled through USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping for all subscription cards is included in your plan.

Optional upgrades (gift card, gift box, premium cards) may include additional shipping costs, which will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

USPS First-Class Mail typically delivers within:

  • 3–7 business days in the U.S.

Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holidays.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all recipient addresses in your account are correct and up to date.
We cannot replace or refund items that fail to deliver due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Gift Upgrades

Gift items may ship separately depending on size or type.
