Terms of Service — Timely Send

Welcome to TimelySend (“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any plan, using the website, or creating an account, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Overview

TimelySend is a subscription-based greeting card and gifting service. We automatically prepare and mail greeting cards and optional gifts based on the dates you provide. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.


2. Use of the Service

To use TimelySend, you must:

  • Provide accurate dates and mailing information

  • Maintain an active payment method

  • Keep your address, recipient details, and event dates up to date

We are not responsible for late or missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.


3. Subscription Billing

When you sign up for a plan, you authorize TimelySend to charge your payment method:

  • Monthly, or

  • Annually (if you select annual billing)

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before your next billing date.

Prices are subject to change with prior notice.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@timelysend.com.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future renewals

  • Does not refund charges for the current billing period

  • Does not reverse events/cards already prepared, mailed, or in process

If a card is already scheduled or in production for an upcoming event, it may still be mailed.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of greeting card mailing, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription renewals already billed

  • Cards already processed, prepared, or mailed

  • Missed cancellations

  • Incorrect address information provided by you

Refunds are issued only in cases of:

  • Verified duplicate billing

  • A clear error on our part

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to hello@timelysend.com.


6. Upgrades & Add-Ons

Optional upgrades (premium cards, gift cards, gift boxes, handwritten notes) may be offered.
Upgrades:

  • Are billed separately

  • Must be confirmed before the cut-off time for that event

  • Are non-refundable if work has begun


7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to mail cards to arrive on or before the event date.
However, delivery timelines depend on postal carriers.
We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to postal delays.


8. User Content & Data

You may store personal information such as:

  • Important dates

  • Recipient names

  • Addresses

  • Personal messages

You grant us permission to process this data solely to fulfill the service.

We do not sell or share customer data.

9. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Reviewing upcoming event reminders

  • Ensuring that stored dates, addresses, and preferences are accurate

Any mailing errors resulting from incorrect user data are not the responsibility of TimelySend.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimelySend:

  • Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Is not responsible for postal delays or lost mail

  • Is not responsible for missed events caused by incorrect information provided by you

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription plan in the last 30 days.


11. Modifications to the Service

We may update pricing, features, or these Terms at any time.
You will be notified of material changes.

Continued use constitutes agreement to updated terms.
