Welcome to Timely Send ("Timely Send," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a Date Package, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Service
Timely Send helps you remember important occasions by automatically mailing greeting cards for the dates you schedule.
You purchase a one-time Date Package that allows you to schedule a specific number of greeting cards. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.
2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, including:
- Recipient names
- Mailing addresses
- Important dates
- Personal messages (if applicable)
You are responsible for keeping this information current. Timely Send is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Orders and Date Packages
Date Packages are purchased as a one-time payment and provide a set number of available card slots.
Unused card slots remain available in your account until used unless otherwise stated.

Because greeting cards are personalized and prepared specifically for your recipients, cards that have entered production or the mailing process cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We schedule mailings to help cards arrive on or before the selected occasion whenever possible.
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on USPS and other postal carriers. Timely Send cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not responsible for carrier delays or lost mail once an item has been mailed.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Timely Send website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and software, is the property of Timely Send or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timely Send is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Timely Send after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
